My experience at O Hotel Pune was quite frustrating. While some of the staff were friendly, the overall service and cleanliness left much to be desired. The location is pleasant, but the dining options need serious improvement. The room I stayed in was spacious, but that does not outweigh the issues I encountered during my stay.
